The two-year-old boy found in the desert of port Arica, some 1,240 miles north of the country's capital, Santiago was seen feeding off a dog. The pregnant dog Reina was spotted feeding the hungry lad who was abandoned naked by his mother by passersby who then alert the police.
Officials believe the boy - who was seen feeding from Reina ('Queen') at a mechanic's workshop in a poor area of the port on Thursday - may have been saved from starvation by the dog's breast milk.
The little boy have since been taken to the hospital and receiving treatment. While in hospital, his mother showed up 'dead drunk', according to neighbors and nobody is certain the reason for the abandonment.
Its really amazing how a the boy survived, but all thanks go to the lovely dog Raine, she's truly a hero. No wonder dog is the same alphabet with God, is it a coincidence?
